Unlike most modern boots, the individual rippled flex when weight is applied provides the end user with significantly better shock attenuation than a typical military boot. If you are on your feet all day and standing on a hard surface, this boot is an excellent option for you.
Fit is consistent with standard issue military footwear. Boots should be purchased a full size smaller than casual shoes.
