When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments
We ship our products internationally to over 80 countries. For deliveries inside the US, we use FedEx courier services, or USPS. There is an option for FedEx overnight with extra charge. The different shipping methods are subject for different costs.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Porto Rico and Canada are with USPS service.
For international deliveries, we use FedEx international service. The shipping is calculated according to the shipping method you have chosen, the destination and packing details of the products. Once you paid the shipping charge (added to your order total), your order will be proceed.
You may return your order within 30 days upon the receipt of your products.
Product may be returned unused. If used, will not be refunded.
Please contact our Customer Service BEFORE sending back a product, to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Products which will be send to us with no Return Authorization Number, will not be handled by us, and will not be refunded.
Delivery cost will only be refunded on returns due to defective products or wrong products deliveries. Delivery cost will not be refunded on returns due to colors or size difference and personal dislikes.
Delivery cost will be refunded only according to FedEx ground. FedEx overnight cost will not be refunded.
It is your responsibility to pack the product in a suitable and protected way to allow safe delivery.
If the product is defected, please mark the defect with a taping note or masking type.
